Allow the roasted pecans to cool on the paper towels.
Notes:
You can use an iron skillet which works well.
Do not let the pan get too hot during the roasting. Turn down if your store runs hot on medium.
When adding the pecans to the paper towel, you will have some butter left in the pan, leave it there.
You will want to shake the cooled pecans in in order to reduce the amount of salt. Remember, they are Butter, Salted Pecans so some salt is a good thing.
