 Georgia Butter Pecans
This recipe only has three ingredients and you can adjust them according to your taste and experience in making the pecans.
I use 1/2 cup of butter, or one stick. That is 4 ounces of butter to 16 ounces of Pecans. The purpose of the melted butter is allowing it to soak into the pecans. There will be some left in the pan.
I used 1/8 cup of Kosher Salt. After the pecans have cooled, you will shake off the excess salt.
