SHA MEETING MINUTES November 13, 2018
St. Andrews United Methodist Church 17510 Monitor Ave - Baton Rouge, LA 70817
Present: Henry Grace, President; Don Regner, Vice President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Mike Giroir, Treasurer; Tom Hirschey, Security; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Sandra Lambert, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Ray Domingue, J C Collins. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:09 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Henry informed the board that former board member, Prentice Ferrill, died a few weeks ago. His service was well-attended. SHA sent a plant to his wife, Cheryl Ferrill, in his memory.
Secretary’s Report – Motion made and passed to accept the minutes of the last monthly business meeting as printed in the last issue of Newswatch. Will send Thank you note to pastor of St. Andrews for allowing the meeting to be held at the church.
