Valerie, I’m not sure he was the actual buyer. I’m think- ing a relative. Since it’s probably filed with the clerk of court by now, I’m going to call and get the name of the owner.

I just called the clerk of court, it hasn’t been filed yet, so they don’t know who the buyer is for a couple more days.

There is a restriction of where registered sex offenders can live. Can’t be close to a school or playground etc. not sure the distance though.
