Someones cameras probably captured at least the car. Newer camera systems have 5 megapixel and better. I can see a very long way on mine.

Kendell Upkins was convicted in 2012 for taking part in the gang rape of a 12 year old girl. He just moved in on sleepy hollow according to mandatory reporting information.
