The members of the flock talked and talked about what they can do and what they can’t do. Eventually, it was decided that one group would do as the Elf suggested.
They decided that they would only come out at night in order to avoid all dangers. And they wouldn't fly because it is such hard work.
They said that they would never leave where they were presently living because it would be too difficult to learn how to live in a different place.
