The second group decided that they would live by daylight and learn to deal with its dangers. They would fly from place to place and accept that it would be hard work.
Finally, they decided that they would be willing to learn how to live in a different place if that is what it took to survive in this new world. And, they really were not very concerned about the Elf’s Curse.
The first group of cranes became known as the Cantdo Cranes and have vanished from the earth. The second group became known as the Cando Cranes and is the ancestors of all modern cranes.
