Section: General Practices _____________________________Payroll Compensation:
Employees are paid every other Friday (26 pay periods).
Overtime:
Non-exempt employees are eligible to receive overtime pay if they work more than 40 hours in a given week. Holiday, vacation, and sick time are not included in hours used to determine overtime eligibility. Overtime pay equals 1.5 times and employee’s regular hourly rate. All overtime must be approved by your department manager in advance.
Time Collection:
Employees are to record their time in whole numbers and decimals rather than fractions. Please complete time to the nearest quarter hour.
ONSITE EMPLOYEES: Time should be completed on the appropriate form and placed on your manager’s desk no later then 5:00pm each Friday. This is to ensure proper accuracy of data and timely entry of time.
Person(s) responsible for time collection must take steps to ensure the accuracy of the data collected. When a person(s) (e.g. employee, supervisor and/ or responsible designee) submits/approves time collection data, he/she is attesting to the accuracy of that data. Knowingly approving inaccurate time collection data is in violation of CORE, LLC policy and illegal under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and may subject the person(s) to disciplinary/legal action (up to and including discharge).
Direct Deposit:
Direct Deposit is the electronic transfer of your current payroll amount from CORE, LLC to the designated account(s) in the bank(s) or credit union(s) of your choice. A voided check from your financial institution of your choice must be provided to Tara Scott.
