As you might imagine, these were very important committees. When Tooshy was given his assignment, he told himself, Oh, I can never do this. I am not smart enough to get the information they need. I will get it all wrong and that will be too embarrassing.
Tooshy worried and worried about his assignment. But he never did anything about it. When his committee met to discuss what they had found and to make some decisions about what to do, Tooshy had done nothing and
