But Hushup was excited about getting his assignment. He studied, planned and told himself, I am the only one who can figure out this problem. I don’t know why they even bothered to have anyone else on the committee. They all look very stupid.
All they need to do is listen to me. When Hushup’s committee met, no one could get a word in because Hushup talked and talked, without ever listening to the others.
