Being generous is another way that bees are Civil to each other. Bees show us how to be Civil in other ways, such as with their music. As humans, you may not know that bees love to make music.
However, some are better than others and some are not very good. But you would never know that if you ever went to a bee concert. No matter how good or poor the performance, bees always applaud each other.
They are always very careful to be constructive in their comments about the performance: That was an improvement and if you keep working on it you will continue to improve.
I have never heard a bee snicker or laugh at another’s mistakes.
