 SHA Meeting Minutes
February 13, 2018 BREC Antioch Blvd Park Baton Rouge, LA 70817
Present: Henry Grace, President; Eileen Stradley, Secretary; Don Regner, Vice President; Tom Hirschey, Security; Kevin McNicoll, Board Member; Ken Buturla, Board Member; Ray Domingue, Board Member, Sandra Lambert, Board Member; and Sandy Smith, Board Member
Absent: Mike Bass. Quorum present.
President - Meeting called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Henry Grace. Pledged allegiance to the Flag. Announced election of new board member to replace Prentice Ferrill. Don nominated Mike Giroir. There were no other nominations. Mike was elected by acclamation. Motion was made to appoint Mike Giroir as Interim Treasurer while Mike Bass is out. Motion passed unanimously.
Membership Report – Henry reported that 82 members paid in February for a total of 179 paid members year-to-date. A letter will be sent out in March reminding homeowners to pay their dues and

   welcoming those who have already paid. The Shenandoah Homeowners Association dues are $30 per year for 2018. Please send in your dues, or you can pay them via PayPal on the website. (shawebwatch.com).
Security Report – Tom Hirschey – Tom reported a total of 182 patrol hours and 5 administrative hours in February. The January patrol stats will be printed in the Newswatch. We entered into an agreement with Lake at White Oak to supply the electricity for the camera on Hagerstown. Lake at White Oak is planning on placing cameras at Babin Road, Bull Run, and Grand Couteau. Tom reminded homeowners that 1700 homes in Shenandoah pay $75.00 per year for SECPID through property taxes. This is separate from the SHA dues that all homeowners are expected to pay.
The next SECPID meeting will be held March 20, 2018 at 6:30 at the Jones Creek Library. Architectural Report – Ken reported that a resident on Chadsford wants to put up a storage building less than 10 x 20’. Does not require a permit. No objections.
