2017 Newswatch Annual Report. Eldon announced that he and Linda are making preparations to retire as publishers of the Newswatch, after 27 years. Within the next 10-20 days, a meeting will be held between the publishers and any SHA board members who want to attend to discuss the orderly transition to a new publisher. A few candidates have been contacted, but no commitment has been made. The Board thanked Eldon and Linda for their dedication and invaluable service to SHA.
Beautification Report - The “Yard of the Month” in
Shenandoah Estates for March is 15612 Chickamauga. They will receive a $25 gift certificate from Cleggs Nursery. Congratulations! Residents are reminded that they can nominate yards for “Yard of the Month” on the website.
Entrance Committee Report – Sandy Smith – SHA Board will meet with SECPID Board to discuss going in a different direction with the plans for the new entrance sign. The landscape architects we have contacted are unwilling to take on our project
