                       Luxury single family home sales (>$900K) in West Tisbury
                more than doubled in 2020.  Along with the surge in sales, the median
                price rose 13.3%. Days on market declined by 48 days to 214 days. The
                biggest sales gains were seen in the $1M-$2M range, with 25 properties
                sold. The largest single sale in 2019, the Graham estate with 185 acres,
                sold for $32.5M at the beginning of that year.

                       West Tisbury’s North Shore encompasses the exclusive Upper
                and Lower Makonikey, Lambert’s Cove, Paul’s Point and Seven Gates
                Farm areas. The South Shore includes the beaches and kayaker’s paradise
                running from Homer’s Pond, to Long Pond, and Tisbury Great Pond
                which includes Tiah’s Cove and Deep Bottom Cove.
