Aquinnah
Aquinnah saw luxury market sales (>$900K) of sin-
gle + multi-family homes climb to 11 last year 2020, up
from 9 in 2019. At the same time, average and median
prices climbed 35.3% and 6.2% respectively.
Located on the western most end of the island,
tiny Aquinnah – just 40 sq. miles and 310 residents, has an
outsized reputation and is known worldwide for its iconic Gay
Head cliffs Lighthouse, Aquinnah Restaurant, Outermost Res-
taurant, and Wampanoag Tribe. Its legendary beaches include
Gay Head Beach, Lobsterville Beach, and Philbin Beach
(limited to Town residents).
