José Paulo – Ideal Decision

                              THE EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

In the last chapter you could get to know my endless search
for knowledge. I started exceedingly early, in 1992 I studied at the
Liceu de Artes e Ofícios (loosely translated as High School of Arts
and Crafts) in Sao Paulo, and it was a challenge to be accepted into
this noble institution. To study there, it was needed to overcome
limitations from public school and to complement studies at the
same time, after all there was a fierce competition; there were stu-
dents from private schools with a lot more tools and material, but
I managed to graduate as an electronics technician, which in the
90’s was a career with many opportunities.

I started in business early, well before starting college, but in
2010 I graduated in Production Engineering. For those who never
heard of this profession, a production engineer has the mission to
ensure efficiency within the production process of a company at
a low cost, which means to produce more, with quality, spending
          less.

As I was already an entrepreneur, I realized that this rule can
and must be applied to any kind of business and fields. You must
understand I studied to become an engineer and my mind was
already prepared to use those principles in many areas.
My businesses were developing, growing in high speed, so I ne-
eded to be fast with my capacitation. I concluded an MBA in Sales
and another one in Marketing right after. Understand that time is
relentless! – and if you want to succeed you must be relentless as
well and evolve daily, otherwise you will be exceeded.

                                                                      31
