OVERHAND KNOTS OVERHAND KNOT WITH
DRAW-LOOP
Purpose
This knot is easier to untie than the basic overhand knot (which can be
impossible to undo once it has been pulled tight).
Tying
Use a longer working end, which is not pulled entirely through the initial loop
(figure 1). Then tighten the knot (figure. 2).
