Individual Monitoring Plan
FOURTH QUARTER
ANNOTATION:
Individual Learning Monitoring Plan serves as
the means of verification that indicates if the learner
has shown either mastery of the learning
competencies, significant progress, or insignificant
progress.
Reading comprehension, vocabulary
development, following instructions and content/topic
confusion are the common problems of my students
that needed to be addressed. Thus, I provided
supplementary reading materials, one on one session
online through social media, SMS and via call to
specific students who raised their concerns and needs.
I guided them and provided instructions and
interventions tailored fit to their concerns as specified
in the interventions above. Furthermore, the data also
show that all the students including the highlighted
student consistently in need of intervention, showed
significant progress. This thereby imply that the
interventions made worked.
