All-Day Blockbuster Course with Dr. Rich Madow
On September 29th the rain came down in buckets! But that didn’t stop over 150 dentists and staff from
attending our all-day practice management course with the nationally renown and entertaining Dr. Rich
Madow. Dr. Madow gave some great tips on how to improve your patient’s experience in your office
while improving your bottom line. He also entertained the audience with dentally related songs he has
written while he played the guitar. All in attendance had a great time, along with breakfast and lunch, and
came away with pearls to use on Monday morning in the office.

Dr. Tanenbaum lectures to a full house on Medical Conditions Dr. Ammons (above) & Dr. Grainger (below) give an
that Endodontic lecture on September 21.
On Oct. 26 members were instructed by Kathie Lombardi,
CRPA on the administration of Narcan for use on overdose
victims. They each received a free Narcan Kit.
