News | ADA House of Delegates

The ADA House of Delegates met in Las Vegas October 12-16, 2021. Dr. Cesar Sabates of Florida was
installed as the 158th ADA President and first Cuban-American to hold the office. Dr. George Shepley of
Baltimore was elected as President-Elect and Dr. Mark Bronson of Cincinnati was elected as 2nd Vice
President. In addition we were introduced to Dr. Ray Cohlmia who takes over as the new ADA Executive
Director at the end of the year. Delegates were socially distanced in the House and Alternate Delegates sat
in a separate room. Over 110 resolutions were debated, revised and voted on during the five days.
