Important: Nuix policies automatically apply to ALL entities, regions, and offices. Where a variation is required to meet local conditions, an additional policy is provided.

Accounts Receivable and Licensing Policy
Summary: Guidelines for the management of monies owed to Nuix by our customers and the issuing of license extensions. Nuix policies apply to ALL entities unless otherwise stated.
Background Check Policy
Summary:Nuix is committed to ensuring strong organizational performance through sound corporate governance. The Background Check Policy enables the interests of our customers, employees and stakeholders to be protected. Furthermore, this Policy protects the security and health of all employees (prospective and current), safeguards the reputation, assets and resources of the company and ensures individuals in responsible positions are worthy of the trust they are given.
All offers of employment are made conditional on the acceptable outcomes of a Background Check, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law. The Company will consider your job duties, among other factors, in determining what constitutes an acceptable outcome of the Background Check. This Policy applies regardless of whether or not a competitive recruitment process is used. Except as prohibited by applicable law, Nuix may request any current employee to submit to a Background Check if such employee has not already undergone a Background Check during his/her job application process. All Background Check information will be kept confidential. The Company complies with all applicable laws regarding Background Checks.
Codes of Conduct, Performance, Workplace Behaviours
Summary: Nuix is committed to behaving with integrity, developing great software, and providing superior service. We can only achieve this through our people. For us to do this, obligations and responsibilities must fall equally on the Company and every one of its employees. The Nuix Code of Conduct applies across all Nuix entities and covers outside work, bribery, gifts and more. In addition, there are regional and country-specific policies related to performance and behaviours such as bullying, discrimination, etc.
Delegations of Authority
Summary: Approval levels for company expenditure, sales contracts and contract review at Nuix
Export Control Policy
Summary: Employees of all Nuix entities must meet the U.S. export control laws and regulations that govern the export of certain materials, technology, data, software and services to certain foreign countries. These laws also prohibit exports to designated persons and entities.
