GDPR Privacy Notice
Summary: Nuix is committed to protecting the privacy and security of your personal information. Under the new European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which commenced 25
May 2018, Nuix needs to provide EU employees with information about how we collect and use personal information. We have created a GDPR Privacy Notice for Nuix EU Employees and Contractors to help you understand this in more detail. It’s important you read this notice so that you are aware of how and why we are using such information, and how we will comply with data protection law. All EU employees must read and sign off on the GDPR Privacy Notice within 30 days of their hire date. The notice will be assigned to you via the Nuix Academy. (https://nuixacademy.litmos.com) It is imperative for all non-EU employees to also understand the impact of GDPR. All Nuix employees are required to complete the Nuix Employee GDPR Awareness training via Nuix Academy. (https://nuixacademy.litmos.com)
Grievances
