 Getting Started
So now you know enough about Nuix to confidently act as a Nuix ambassador, share who we are and what we do. Let's get down to how we get things done and how we can enable and support you to grow and develop.
Day one is all about welcome and introductions. Discovering where everything is. Getting connected with people and to systems. If you are office based you’ll get
your pass, computer and desk. You’ll spend some time with your leader understanding your role at Nuix and their expectations whilst getting to know your team. You'll have met your buddy and have reflected on your first impressions.
Your first week will be getting acquainted with Nuix, our products and markets, how we do things around here and where to find everything in our systems. Regular catchups with your leader and team should be locked into your calendar and you will have updated your profile on the intranet. At the end of this first week make sure you have a catch up with your leader or buddy to talk through how you are settling in and what else you might need to feel confident in what you are doing.
By the end of the first month, you will have KPIs set up, know your responsibilities and what’s expected. You will be acclimating to our company culture and have attended at least one local monthly event.
You have settled into your role, you know what is expected and will have been having regular catch-ups to gain feedback. There should be no surprises when you are close to your five-month mark when you will have a probationary period career discussion.
