Emerging Leaders Program
Background:
Attracting, developing and retaining key talent continues to be a focus for our organisation.
Attracting new talent at the entry level requires us to provide clear development and career pathways towards bigger roles in the organisation.
Developing our own leaders of the future can have clear commercial benefits in addition to providing our talent at a junior level with more reasons to stay.
Retaining talent is easier when we invest in them and help them prepare to be successful in those bigger roles.
Helping people lead and behave in a way that fits with Nuix is easier to do before they take the responsibility and accountability of the leadership role.
Program Principles:
The program will help identify, develop and retain future leaders for Nuix - setting them on the right path to lead in a way that works for Nuix.
It will consist of topics that balance three key elements of good leadership.
- Personal leadership - developing myself as a leader
- Team leadership - developing a better team
- Organisational leadership - developing Nuix as a company
It will be delivered in a practical, cost-effective manner - launch and graduate face to face, Skype calls for the rest of the program.
It will help prepare them for roles of responsibility, in line with Nuix values, in a way that increases their chances of success in more senior roles.
