Safety
The safety of Nuix team members is very important and with many of our team members required to travel, locally and internationally, communication is key.
Should you be caught up in an incident, or be in a location where there are issues, we want to be able to support you, prevent your loved ones from unnecessary worry and to get you the help you need to do things like amending travel arrangements or pass on messages. To do this, we must be able to quickly access your latest travel schedule information and emergency contacts regardless of the time of day and availability of regular colleagues.
Our travel safety program enables us to action a safety plan in the event of an emergency, no matter where you are in the world.
It's simple, follow these steps:
1.) Send your travel information to: staysafe@nuix.com
2.) For both domestic and international travel, please include your flight/train information (dates, times, airline and flight number etc.) and hotel information.
3.) If your travel changes, just send your updated information to staysafe@nuix.com.
4.) We also recommend updating your emergency contact details on NetSuite, so we have up-to- date details for your loved ones to be contacted in the event of any emergency. You can do this via the Change Your Contact Details form
* Please be assured that we will assist in any way that we can in the event of an emergency. Following these steps will make it quicker and easier for all concerned. Make this a part of your regular travel preparation and it will only take a few minutes. *
