My name is Jacob. I would just like to thank PVA for providing me with this chair. I am on Access and
my chair has been broke down at least three months. They just came to pick it up and told me they don’t
know when they would be able to return. I asked them about a loaner chair and they said we will get you
one but it’s not going to be to your specifications. That is crazy. So once again I would like to thank you
and PVA for providing me with this chair.
