JROTC Cadet Sponaugle receives ROA medal for outstanding leadership

Department of Europe, recently supported
award of a ROA Junior ROTC medal to Jonah
Sponaugle, Cadet Second Lieutenant, at
Baumholder American High School.
“Receiving the medal was a great honor for
me. It has made me feel like I have
accomplished something important in my life
and will encourage me to do more,” Cadet
Sponaugle said.
Jonah plans to attend Schiller International
