• National Building Office Sale – The EC discussed the movement of
monies received from the building sale: 1. Transfer $5 million into the
equity portion of the BOD Designated Reserve fund. 2. Transfer $5
million into the Operating Reserve Account. 3. Establish a program

reserve fund with $3 million. 4. Provide a bonus of $1500 to all PVA
employees except the president. 5. Retain the remaining amount of
approximately $206,100 into the Operating Checking Account.
