----Evidence Docket - This docket is for veterans who want to submit additional
evidence but do not want a hearing. Evidence must be submitted within 90 days
of the NOD.
----Hearing Docket – A video conference hearing will be scheduled at the RO with
a Veterans Law Judge. The veteran will have the opportunity to submit new
evidence at the hearing or within 90 days following the hearing.
