• Hearing — the Veteran requests a hearing before a Veterans Law Judge; additional
evidence may be submitted at the hearing or 90 days thereafter.

There is a lot here to unpack and it could be confusing so, if you have a recent decision
from the VA that you disagree with and would like to determine if the RAMP option is a
better choice to select to resolve your disagreement, you should speak with your local
representing service organization and together decide the best option for you to
proceed.
