Value Support
Early Louisiana stretcher-base tables are rare and very desirable. Only a handful of the quality of the subject table have sold in the past fifteen years, and are included as Comparables 1-3. While Comparable 2 is an older sale price (during the peak market on the heels of the Houmas House Auction), the higher level of refinement of the subject table puts its value closer to that sale price than the other two comparables.
