“For the middle school basketball teams, the big focuses this year were team work and commitment,” agreed coaches Moore and Buck. Zachary Zafran (6th) was glad he had a chance to participate, “I'm glad I signed up because all my friends are my team mates and it's really fun.” Benjamin Veghte (8th) added, “My favorite part of
the the game is scoring, because you get points and it's so satisfying.” The middle school teams shared a long successful season, and Jason Sadler (7th)'s reflected, “My personal highlight was getting better at passing.” When asked about a VB team highlight, Matthew Covington exclaimed, “Defeating Woodland!”
