B. TeamViewer Setup (coordinate with TIM Support Team Member)
1. Install
a. Check box “Show advanced settings”
b. Select choice “Both of the above”
c. Accept the terms of the License Agreement
d. Do not check “Use TeamViewer Remote Print” or “Use TeamViewer VPN”
e. Use default destination folder
2. Select “Next” on Setup unattended access screen
a. Use a computer name that is descriptive of install location (Shop name)
b. Use “TIM123” as a password, select “Next”
c. CRITICAL – Select “Do not create account”, select Next
d. CRITICAL – Note ID #, select “Finish”, and Contact an TIM Support Person
TeamViewer_11_Host_Setup (file available on Alfresco) Only use ver.11 host
3. TIM Support will complete TeamViewer configuration (allow approximately 10 mins.)
