KOMATSU REMANUFACTURING ASIA

Indonesia is a rich country in cultural diversity, natural
resources, and mineral. Indonesia provides one of the
world energy resources that need to be managed and
cultivated for the life of the future generation. In the
middle of the advancement of the world technology and
economy today, Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia comes
as a part of Komatsu Reman Center that spread in
various parts of the world which provides conveniences
and supports to Komatsu heavy equipment products in
managing development professionally and sustainably.

Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia was founded on 17 December 1996 and located in Balikpapan - East
Kalimantan. As of 31 March 2012, total shares were 1200 shares and owned by 2 (two) shareholders. This
company is a joint venture between Komatsu Indonesia and PT United Tractors Tbk.

PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia produces Remanufactured Products of the major components of Komatsu
Heavy Equipment such as Bulldozer, Dump Trucks, Wheel Loaders, Hydraulic Excavators and Motor Graders
which only focusing in supporting customers who operates heavy equipment in Mining Sector. About 80% of
Komatsu big machines are operating in Kalimantan and Sulawesi areas.

Supported by 2 plants development, Balikpapan Plant and Mulawarman Plant with the best facilities and
technology equipment, PT Komatsu Remanufacturing Asia is committed to provide business solutions and
services that are focusing on customer satisfaction.
