               QUALITY OFFICER ON SITE


         KRA  committed  to  enhance  after  sales  services  to  customer  by  assign  some  Quality  Officer  to  support
         customer on site. In 2020, KRA assigned 3 Quality Officers in several site and on call service to support the
         other site.
         On-site Quality Officer Tasks & Responsibilities are:
         1.  Performance monitoring of KRA’s components.
         2.  Assist on troubleshooting if any problem of KRA’s components.
         3.  Joint investigation on field if any problem in KRA’s components.
         4.  Inspect under warranty components and out of warranty components (but under expectation).
         5.  Create inspection report of under warranty components.
         6.  Accompany UT during commissioning of KRA’s components.
         7.  Speed up field analysis to make a decision when problem occur of KRA’s Components on site (Replace
            the component or repair on site).
         8.  Communicate with UT site to reduce down time due to KRA’s components problem.
         9.  Joint TFT (Task Force Team) project.
         10. Sharing KRA Quality Program & technical information.

         Due to Covid-19 pandemic policy during 2020, the Quality Officer on Site supported customers by on call / on
         line to give suggestion if any problem on site. On the bright side, it allows the Quality Officer on Site to cover
         and support more areas outside of these three coverage areas.
