differential abundance of the cell types as well as possibility of new cell sub-population/s would help
understand the disease better and decision making. His lab identified six SARS-CoV-2 genome
mutations that were significantly correlated with severity and mortality in their cohort. Additionally,
the contribution of host microbiome in disease severity and vaccination response are being studied.
