If the wrong colour has been recorded in error on a VT20, the tester
who issued the original must:
A. Conduct a full inspection and cancel the original VT20 certificate
B. Conduct a partial re-inspection to clarify the issue that has been
identified
C. Issue a replacement certificate free of charge after the relevant
details have been verified
D. Issue a replacement certificate after the relevant details have deen
verified and apply a re-test charge
