Starting 2021 right with Tiffany Jackson, new TO EAC Chair
The TO Employee Action Council (EAC) is off to another great start in 2021! As your
2021 EAC Chair, I look forward to building on the tremendous success we had in 2020.
As we continue to adapt to an ever-changing work environment, I hope that we can en-
hance our reach and impact. Last year we were able to engage with over 140 employees
via virtual leadership chats. We also had 7 virtual Student of the Business opportunities
and introduced our Next-Gen Mentoring program. I invite you to review our 2020 Ac-
complishments and spend time on our SharePoint site.
In 2021, we will focus on delivering career development events, getting to know even
more leaders, virtual collaboration, and providing resources to help with remote work. If
there is anything else you would like to see in 2021, please don’t hesitate to reach out
to me, Co-Chairs Priya Sivaguru and Sharon Preston-Harris or your EAC representative.
You can also provide any feedback or thoughts here, anonymously of course. As always,
we value your feedback, and we are committed to addressing any ideas, questions, or
concerns that you may have.
I am so excited about our 2021 initiatives and I look forward to supporting you while
continuing to carry out our mission of being a “champion of change” for TO! The sky is
the limit!
