“งานราชการนั้น คืองานของแผ่นดิน มีผลเกี่ยวเนื่องโดยตรง ถึงประโยชน์ของประเทศชาติและประชาชนทุกคน ดังนั้น
ข้าราชการผู้ปฏิบัติบริหารงานของแผ่นดิน จึงต้องท�าความเข้าใจ ถึงความส�าคัญในหน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของตนให้ถ่องแท้
แล้วร่วมกันคิดร่วมกันท�าด้วยความอุตสาหะ เสียสละ และด้วยความสุจริตจริงใจ โดยถือประโยชน์ที่จะเกิดจากงานเป็นหลักใหญ่
งานของแผ่นดินทุกส่วน จักได้ด�าเนินก้าวหน้าไปพร้อมกัน และส�าเร็จประโยชน์ที่พึงประสงค์ คือ ยังความเจริญมั่นคงให้เกิดแก่
ประเทศชาติและประชาชนได้แท้จริงและยั่งยืนตลอดไป”

“Government work comprises the country’s affairs. It directly affects benefits to the country and all citizens.
Therefore, government officials who administrate the country’s affairs must truly understand the significance of
their duties and responsibilities and join hands in thinking and working in an industrious, sacrificial, and trustworthy
manner with the focus being on public benefit. As a result, all work will be simultaneously done to achieve the
goal of promoting growth and stability for the country and the general public on a sustainable basis.”
