1 ศึกษาวิเคราะหความจำเปนและความเปนไปไดในการมีทาอากาศยานแหงใหม เพื่อประโยชน
ในการพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและอำนวยความสะดวกแกประชาชน เพื่อเสนอคณะรัฐมนตรีพิจารณา
Evaluate the need for and feasibility of new airport development projects
to promote economic growth and facilitate public travel and subsequently
propose projects to the Cabinet for consideration.

2 จัดใหมีทาอากาศยานตามผลการศึกษาวิเคราะหตาม (1)

Develop airports in line with the study and analysis results in (1).

3 ดำเนินกิจการทาอากาศยานที่อยูในความรับผิดชอบใหเปนไปโดยถูกตองตามกฎหมาย
ถูกหลักเศรษฐกิจ และเพียงพอตอความตองการของผูใชบริการ และใหไดมาตรฐานสากล
Deliver airport services to accommodate travel demands in line with legal
regulations, economic principles, and international standards.

4 ปฏิบัติการอื่นใดตามกฎหมายกำหนดใหเปนอำนาจหนาที่ของกรมหรือตามที่รัฐมนตรี
หรือคณะรัฐมนตรีมอบหมาย
Conform to legal regulations and Cabinet resolutions.
