Our annual concert at Wells Cathedral
is a treat and a privilege, and this year
is inspired by the physics department's
SpaceShip Earth week. For over 20 years
Millfield has performed major choral and
orchestral works, building on our wonderful
collaboration between Millfield Community
Choir, our main school choir, Millfield Singers
and Symphony Orchestra, and an amazing
orchestra of professional musicians. This year
we are also including two concerto
performances by Upper Sixth Music Scholars,
Jack Liu and Ivan Tsang. Haydn – The Creation,
extracts. Orchestral music inspired by Space.
