the use of coercion of the Defendant to agree with incorrect information; 3) and leading questions of Joe Victim to
answer questions in a manner consistent with incorrect information. Additional evidentiary concerns include: 1) non-
disclosure of photographs and diagrams used in interviews; 2) and misinterpretation of forensic evidence, without the
benefit of proper forensic examination. The evidentiary deficiencies in particular significantly impact the application of
the evidence and direction of the investigation directly addressing the actions of the Defendant, including those of self-
        defense.

            events of injury causation.
        • Defendant to scene is evidenced by relationship; however, there is otherwise insufficient evidence specific to the
            events of injury causation.
        • Instruments to scene is evidenced by relationship; however, there is otherwise insufficient evidence to the
            Defendant or Joe Victim.

        RECOMMENDATIONS:
The following are recommended to further the consultation of death and injury causation:
        • Personal examination of the physical evidence.
        • Disclosure of all photographs and images used in the interviews of the Defendant and Joe Victim, and any
            investigative processes.
        • Independent forensic examination and DNA testing of specific evidence, to be determined.
