months, years or even decades. These causes

may not be one “thing” but a combination of

underlying problems the body has encountered

such as stress, illnesses, injuries, infections,

side effects of drugs, allergies, lack of proper

sleep, lack of exercise, unhealthy food and /or

lack of nutritious food just to name a few.

Because the underlying problems have been

affecting the body in a negative way for months

to years, fatigue is not a “quick fix”. It requires

a month to many months usually to correct.

If you are thinking “This sounds like too

much trouble.”, consider the alternative. As

explained previously, fatigue means that an

organ or system – or more than one – is no

longer functioning properly. Because of the

interdependence of the body and all of its

systems, this will only get worse with time. If

left untreated, the results may progress from

fatigue to more serious medical problems with

the organs or systems already involved. It is

also necessary to understand that once the body

reaches a certain level of damage or

dysfunction, it becomes difficult to impossible
