months, years or even decades. These causes
may not be one “thing” but a combination of
underlying problems the body has encountered
such as stress, illnesses, injuries, infections,
side effects of drugs, allergies, lack of proper
sleep, lack of exercise, unhealthy food and /or
lack of nutritious food just to name a few.
Because the underlying problems have been
affecting the body in a negative way for months
to years, fatigue is not a “quick fix”. It requires
a month to many months usually to correct.
If you are thinking “This sounds like too
much trouble.”, consider the alternative. As
explained previously, fatigue means that an
organ or system – or more than one – is no
longer functioning properly. Because of the
interdependence of the body and all of its
systems, this will only get worse with time. If
left untreated, the results may progress from
fatigue to more serious medical problems with
the organs or systems already involved. It is
also necessary to understand that once the body
reaches a certain level of damage or
dysfunction, it becomes difficult to impossible
