                                    Financial Stewardship and Revenue Growth

We will continue to manage our financial resources strategically and ethically. We
aspire to have the funding and internal controls necessary to meet our needs and

support our priorities. We will maintain existing funding streams, expand funding
sources, find better ways to reduce costs and maximize reimbursements, and protect
Urban Pathways from being too dependent on a narrow funding base. We will be

proactive in pursuing funding in support of program priorities, innovation and employee
pay and overall wellbeing. We will identify financial partners and build strong
relationships with those who can support us in providing greater quality of services, as

well as those who can help us expand our portfolio to further our mission. We will
ensure fiscal resources are distributed equitably and all inclusively.
