My warmest greetings to all the members of BATCH 2024!

As we conclude the academic year 2023-2024, let us come together to celebrate this
momentous occasion and reflect on the theme “Kabataang Pilipino para sa Matatag na
Kinabukasan ng Bagong Pilipinas”.
Today, you stand at the threshold of a new era, filled with both challenges and
opportunities. As graduates, you carry the responsibility of shaping the destiny of our
nation as you contribute your skills, knowledge, and passion towards building a better
Philippines, one grounded in resilience, integrity, and progress.
As you embark on your individual journeys, do not forget the values that define us as
Filipinos. Our rich cultural heritage, unwavering spirit, and sense of community are the
foundations upon which you can build a brighter future. Strive to be agents of positive
change, advocating for inclusivity, justice, fairness, and sustainability in all that you do.
By embracing our unique Filipino identity and working together with your parents,
teachers and classmates, mentors, and the rest of the community, you can overcome any
obstacle and create a nation that all of us can be proud of.
Always remember that your graduation is not just a culmination of years of hard
work, but also the beginning of a new chapter in your lives. As you step into the real world
of professionals, carry with you the hope and determination to make a difference.

In your new quest for another chapter in your education journey, take ample time to
thank our God Almighty, the source of everything worthy of praise and adulation.
Likewise, do not forget your beloved parents, teachers, friends, and classmates, who in
