Description of the maintenance system of the laboratories and equipment
The University practice giving memorandum of receipt (MR) of the different equipment/s to
assigned laboratory technician or faculty member who will take charged with the maintenance and upkeeping of
the said equipment/s.
The University designated a Laboratory aide who is in charge of the maintenance of the Equipment/
apparatus with the help of the administrative aide, every day the Nursing Arts Laboratory is prepared for the
students use.
Aside from it, technicians on call are provided by the suppliers of the equipment/models because the
said models are under lifetime free service warranty.

Laboratory Safety Device Quantity
1. Computer Lab. Fire Extinguisher One (1) unit/Laboratory
2. Internet Lab. Fire Extinguisher One (1) unit/Laboratory
3. Speech Lab. Fire Extinguisher One (1) unit/Laboratory
4. Nursing lab. Fire Extinguisher Two (2) units
2. OUTCOMES
➢ Show evidences that the laboratories and shops are functional and are properly maintained.
Laboratories in the university had a competent laboratory technicians and aides. There are also
available laboratory safety guidelines to ensure the safety and up-keep of the laboratory
