There is a system being followed in the procurement of supplies and materials as reflected in the
Standard Operational Instruction (SOI) for Procurement Procedure to ensure that equipment, supplies and
materials are procured in accordance with RA 9184―TheGovernment Procurement Reform Act.
Procurement is only done when items indicated in the approved purchase requested are also included in the
approved APP and PPMP. In some cases there are items being requested for purchase that are not included
in the APP and this may be allowed depending on the exigency and if it is within the budget limit.

The College has a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) issued by the Commission on Higher

Education Region 2 on August 4, 2014 which means that the BS Nursing complied with the special provisions
in the CMO.
