▪ The learning is based on the sudy of real phenomena (facts found) in a
holistic way to which are connected real life cases, as well as specific
problems for each learning theme.
▪ The problems are identified and solved by the learners themselves.
▪ The transversal operational skills are acquired across all the training
themes and throughout all the stages of the 8 step learning process.
▪ This learning model allows the trainees to reach their true intellectual
potential and to progress professionnally in an environment that is
characterised with deep and complex transitions.
▪ The learning process includes a 10 step assessment system with learning
quality metrics.
