Duration 6.5hrs

2hrs shorter than the Foundation
First Aid course - First Aid Refresher
is just that, a course to refresh a
learner’s knowledge. As such, there FACE TO FACE
are no specific assessments. Learners
will be observed completing some
practical scenarios in how to deal with
CPR, choking, traumatic injuries and
medical emergencies.
Learners are expected to fully
participate in every aspect of the
course. This can include practical
scenarios, group discussions or
tabletop exercises.

• Meets WorkSafe NZ requirements
for first aid training.
• It will give you a First Aid
Refresher certificate that is
valid for 2 years
NB:
Learners can only refresh their
current First Aid Cert which has not
expired for more than 3 months.
Please supply a copy of your
current FIrst Aid Certificate when
making your booking.
