IMPORTANT INFORMATION

COURSE CONFIRMATION:
Once your booking is confirmed you are responsible for notifying ITS of any changes or amendments within a week of
the course approval email. Please check the below timeline:
• 3 weeks out
We will request final confirmation, and a good indication of the numbers that you will have, student names
and class times, including breaks so we can do day plans.
• 1 week out
Please confirm student names and numbers.
• 48 hours out
Please let us know of any changes to student numbers.

REPORTING RESULTS REPORTING RESULTS
WORKPLACES, IWI & COMMUNITY FOR SCHOOLS:
GROUPS: ITS will email an Authorisation to Report (A2R) no later
ITS will complete all NZQA reporting on your behalf. than three weeks after the course has been completed.

All schools report NZQA credits within 4 weeks of
receiving our A2R. Alternatively, please ask if you require
ITS to report NZQA credits.

There will be some self paced
learning and work involved,
but the content is delivered
over 1 day, or by arrangment
to suit your group’s needs.

All LIVE Online group bookings are subject 51
to an agreed minimum & maximum number of learners.
